Do you want a Prom Ticket?
Do you want to invite a Guest to Prom and secure them a Ticket?
Guests need a copy of their ID, or License, submitted with the Agreement.
Guests must be in High School, or under 21 to attend.
To make both those a reality, you need to complete the Prom Agreement!
