Summer Athletics Program - Strength & Conditioning Camps

UPDATE - Refund checks for all canceled strength and conditioning camps were mailed on Friday, June 23rd. Checks should have been delivered so please check your mail. Checks were issued to the individual who made payment. Information was gathered from the credit card billing details or the name listed on the check provided for payment. Strength and conditioning camps for the 2017 Summer Athletic Program have been canceled. Regular athletic camps will continue as scheduled. Valencia High School Administration, Coaching Staff, and ASB apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The ASB Office will work diligently over the next week to contact all those enrolled in those camps to arrange for a refund. You do not need to reach out to the ASB Office to request a refund. Please be patient and wait for the ASB Office to contact you. Status updates will be provided through this site. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as this matter is addressed. 

Prom 2017 Information

Tomorrow, April 22nd, Valencia ASB will host approximately 1000 attendees at Prom 2017, "By Your Side," at the Autry Museum of the American West. We look forward to a wonderful evening and creating memories that will last a lifetime. 

In order to make our students Prom experience as smooth as possible, we would like to remind those attending of a few things.  All students, including guests from other Hart District schools, must have their student ID cards to check-in and board the buses to and from the Prom venue. Guests who do not attend a Hart District school must bring the photo ID they provided when purchasing the ticket. Students will check into the main gym between 4:00 and 5:15 PM. We ask that students do not wait to the last minute to check in, the earlier you check-in, the sooner you can begin your Prom experience.  Light refreshments will be provided and students will be able to mingle and take pictures before the Promenade begins. Students were assigned portrait times with O'Connor Photography when they purchased their Prom tickets. These portrait times are printed on your Prom receipt, duplicate copies can be viewed and printed through the ASB Online Store. You can also view the portrait package pricing below. 

The promenade will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Family members are welcome to join us for Promenade, but please keep in mind that parking is limited and students should be given priority in the main lot. We also ask promenade attendees to avoid the gym and allow students this time to check in and begin their Prom experience. Buses will depart for the venue immediately after Promenade. The first bus back from the venue will begin loading at approximately 10:30 PM and the final buses will depart by midnight. Prom 2017 - "By Your Side"

Valencia High School Prom 2017 will be held at the Autry Museum of the American West from 7:00 pm to 12:o0 am. This five hour event will host one of the best DJ's in California, a large dance area, gourmet buffet dinner stations, unlimited refreshments, and more.

Winter Ball 2017 - cancelled

The 2017 Winter Ball has been cancelled. Students who purchased tickets will receive a full refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions please contact the ASB Office. 

The Winter Ball will be held on Saturday, January 21, from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased in the ASB Office at brunch or lunch.

Ticket Prices (per person):
January 9-13th: $20 with an ASB Card and $30 without
January 16-20th: $25 with an ASB Card and $35 without
Door Sales $40 (Valencia students only, if not at capacity)

Valencia students attending the Winter Ball may purchase one guest ticket. A completed dance contract from the guest and their parent/guardian is required at the time of purchase. Guests who do not attend a Hart District school will need to provide a copy of their photo ID with the dance contract. Guest tickets cannot be purchased at the door. 

All students and guests will be required to present their photo ID for admission to the dance.
