Prom 2018 - "Good Old Days"

Valencia High School Prom 2018 will be held at the Air Force One Pavilion at the Reagan Library from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am. This five-hour event will host one of the best DJ's in California, a large dance area, gourmet buffet dinner stations, unlimited refreshments, and more.

Luau Dance 2017

The Luau dance will be held at Valencia High School on Friday, August 18, from 7 to 11 pm. The dance will feature a premier DJ, large dance area, 120' slide, amusement swings, arcade games and more! The first 2,500 attendees will also receive a color changing LED wristband. Snacks and drinks will be available at an additional cost the night of the event. 

ID Cards will be required for all students and guests to enter the Luau. 

Pre-sale tickets for Valencia students are $15 with an ASB Card and $20 without.
Pre-sales will end at 1:00 PM Friday. 
Guest tickets are $20. Valencia students are limited to one guest ticket. To purchase a guest ticket you must turn in a completed Dance Contract with a copy of your guest's photo ID. 

If not over capacity, door sales will be available only to students currently attending a Hart District high school*. You must have your school ID and a completed dance contract to purchase a ticket. Tickets at the door will be $20 with or without an ASB Card.
*Students from outside the Hart District CANNOT purchase tickets at the door.

The Luau is included in the Dance Ticket Package sold at registration. Your ID card will not have Dance Package or DP printed on it, but you will be included on the list for entry. You can view your receipt from registration through the online store to verify whether you purchased the dance package or not.  

Dance contracts will not be available the night of the Luau, so please make sure you bring your completed form with you. 

Summer Athletics Program - Strength & Conditioning Camps

UPDATE - Refund checks for all canceled strength and conditioning camps were mailed on Friday, June 23rd. Checks should have been delivered so please check your mail. Checks were issued to the individual who made payment. Information was gathered from the credit card billing details or the name listed on the check provided for payment. Strength and conditioning camps for the 2017 Summer Athletic Program have been canceled. Regular athletic camps will continue as scheduled. Valencia High School Administration, Coaching Staff, and ASB apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The ASB Office will work diligently over the next week to contact all those enrolled in those camps to arrange for a refund. You do not need to reach out to the ASB Office to request a refund. Please be patient and wait for the ASB Office to contact you. Status updates will be provided through this site. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as this matter is addressed. 

Prom 2017 Information

Tomorrow, April 22nd, Valencia ASB will host approximately 1000 attendees at Prom 2017, "By Your Side," at the Autry Museum of the American West. We look forward to a wonderful evening and creating memories that will last a lifetime. 

In order to make our students Prom experience as smooth as possible, we would like to remind those attending of a few things.  All students, including guests from other Hart District schools, must have their student ID cards to check-in and board the buses to and from the Prom venue. Guests who do not attend a Hart District school must bring the photo ID they provided when purchasing the ticket. Students will check into the main gym between 4:00 and 5:15 PM. We ask that students do not wait to the last minute to check in, the earlier you check-in, the sooner you can begin your Prom experience.  Light refreshments will be provided and students will be able to mingle and take pictures before the Promenade begins. Students were assigned portrait times with O'Connor Photography when they purchased their Prom tickets. These portrait times are printed on your Prom receipt, duplicate copies can be viewed and printed through the ASB Online Store. You can also view the portrait package pricing below. 

The promenade will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Family members are welcome to join us for Promenade, but please keep in mind that parking is limited and students should be given priority in the main lot. We also ask promenade attendees to avoid the gym and allow students this time to check in and begin their Prom experience. Buses will depart for the venue immediately after Promenade. The first bus back from the venue will begin loading at approximately 10:30 PM and the final buses will depart by midnight. If you have any questions please use the contact us page on the ASB website.
