Homecoming 2018 is going big with a Music Festival themed event! The dance will feature multiple DJs, games, photo booth and more! The dance will be held on Saturday, September 22 from 7 to 11 pm.  

Ticket prices start at $20 with an ASB Card and $25 without. Prices will go up $5 per week so purchase early! Tickets can be purchased in the ASB Office at brunch or lunch or through the ASB Online Store

Valencia Students may also purchase ONE Guest ticket. Guests must be currently enrolled Hart District High School students. Junior high students, students from other school districts, private/charter schools, graduates, and all other outside individuals are not eligible to attend. If you purchase a ticket for guest that is not eligible to attend, your guest will no be admitted to the Homecoming dance and your money will not be refunded. Guest tickets are not eligible for the ASB discounted pricing. 

Guest tickets can be purchased through the Online Store. Be careful when entering your guest's information. The guest's School ID card will be scanned for entry and needs to match the information provided. Guests must also complete a Dance Contract which will be collected upon entry to the dance. We will not have extra copies of the Dance Contract at the door, so this needs to be printed out and completed before the night of the dance. 

Luau 2018 & Guest Tickets

The Luau dance will be held at Valencia High School on Friday, August 17, from 7 to 11 pm. The dance will feature a premier DJ, large dance area, amusement rides, arcade games and more!

School ID Cards are required for all students and will be used for admission.

If you have not yet picked up your registration packet you may do so between 8 am and 1 pm in the main office. Please make sure you have your registration postcard with you to exchange for a packet.

Prom Day Info

Saturday, April 14, Valencia ASB will host approximately 1000 attendees at Prom 2018, "Good Old Days," at the Ronald Reagan Library Air Force One Pavillion. We look forward to a wonderful evening and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

In order to make our students Prom experience as smooth as possible, we would like to remind those attending of a few things.  All students, including guests from other Hart District schools, must have their student ID cards to check-in and board the buses to and from the Prom venue. Guests who do not attend a Hart District school must bring the photo ID they provided when purchasing the ticket. Students will check into the main gym between 4 and 5 PM. We ask that students do not wait to the last minute to check in, the earlier you check-in, the sooner you can begin your Prom experience.  Light refreshments will be provided and students will be able to mingle and take pictures before the Promenade begins. Students were assigned portrait times with O'Connor Photography when they purchased their Prom tickets. These portrait times are printed on your Prom receipt, duplicate copies can be viewed and printed through the ASB Online Store. You can also view the portrait package pricing below. 


The promenade will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Family members are welcome to join us for Promenade, but please keep in mind that parking is limited and students should be given priority in the main lot. Promenade will take place in the stadium on the visitor side. We ask promenade attendees to avoid the gym and allow students this time to check in and begin their Prom experience. Buses will depart for the venue immediately after Promenade. The first bus back from the venue will begin loading at approximately 10:30 PM and the final buses will depart by midnight.
